To provide adequate, reliable, safe and potable water supply to all water consumers of Angeles City Water District.
To train and properly motivate water district personnel to be more productive and be more customer-oriented public service employees.
To disseminate information and education to residents in the community regarding effective ways and benefits of water conservation.
To conduct researches and studies on water technology and introduce innovations in the efficient, effective and viable operation of the water district.
To get involved and participate in local community development projects and programs for the protection of the environment and preservation of existing water resources in its area of concern.
